The CognifyIQ™ Certified Assessment is an online cognitive test that generates a personalised PDF report. The assessment is for personal informational purposes and does not constitute a clinical diagnosis.

Pricing

The full report costs €9.99 as a one-time payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your report for any reason, contact support@cognifyiq.org within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

CognifyIQ is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of results beyond their value as a benchmark. CognifyIQ is not liable for any decisions made based on the test results.
